● Support various hardness value conversion;
● With database storage data function, test data is stored synchronously and can be exported;
● Equipped with USB and RS232 interfaces, it is convenient for users to process data;

● HYHB300 image measurement system is optional, which can realize online function through data line, and control various actions of hardness tester on computer, including selection and application of test force, switching of indenter and objective lens, setting of dwell time, etc.;
CCD image measurement technology can automatically capture indentation, automatically measure indentation diameter, automatically display hardness value and voice report; test report can be output and printed in Word or Excel format;
Scope of application:
● Determine the Brinell hardness of ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals and other materials;
● Determine the Brinell hardness of bearing alloy materials such as lead-based alloys, babbitt alloys, tin-bismuth alloys;
● Determine the Brinell hardness of certain non-metallic materials such as hard plastics and bakelite;
● Determine the Brinell hardness of parts produced by casting, forging, rolling and other processes.
