Differences Between Semi-auto and Fully-auto 2D Vision Measuring Machine
2D image measuring instrument is a device used to measure and detect the size and shape of a plane. It can obtain the required measurement results by shooting the image of the target object, analyzing and processing the image.
Semi-automatic vision measuring instrument and fully automatic vision measuring instrument are distinguished according to the operation mode and function of the equipment.
1. Semi-automatic vision measuring instrument: Semi-automatic image measuring instrument requires the operator to perform some manual operations, such as sample placement, focusing, shooting, etc. It is usually equipped with some auxiliary tools and functions, such as measuring ruler, magnification function, autofocus, etc., to help the operator measure more accurately. 2. Fully automatic vision measuring instrument: Fully automatic image measuring instrument has a higher degree of automation. It usually has functions such as automatic shooting, automatic focusing, automatic identification of target objects, etc., and is simple and convenient to operate. Fully automatic image measuring instrument can automatically extract information such as the edge and feature points of the target object through advanced image processing algorithms and automation software, and perform measurement and analysis. This type of equipment usually has higher measurement accuracy and efficiency.
In general, semi-automatic image measuring instruments require some manual operation and intervention by the operator, and are suitable for some relatively simple measurement tasks and scenarios that require manual intervention; while fully automatic image measuring instruments have a higher degree of automation, are suitable for some complex, large-volume measurement tasks, and can improve measurement efficiency and accuracy.
